Grappling
A combination of grappling styles

This class is a combination of grappling styles. The techniques covered in this class are a mixture of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Judo, and Wrestling. Every student will learn both offensive (takedowns, sweeps, pins, submission holds, etc) and defensive techniques (escapes, reversals, etc) using a variety of partner and solo based drills. Classes consist of a warm-up, technical instruction, fitness exercises, and a cool down. Just like the Striking program sparring is never forced upon any student. Also the sparring in submission grappling is with no striking allowed. We do only situational sparring in our Advanced Program and no sparring is allowed in our Fundamentals Program. We do feet to floor sparring in our Randori (Invite only) and Professional (Invite only) sessions. Our Grappling class is divided into 2 programs. Fundamentals and Advanced. Students must grasp the techniques in the Fundamentals before moving on to the Advanced.

Our Fundamentals course consists of 35 lessons that cover the most essential techniques of Grappling and Self Defense.

Our Advanced course is an expansion of the basic curriculum and is where the student is introduced to sparring. It is never required of you to spar, but we want to see all of our students able to spar with grace, control, and effectiveness.
